Create a Business Database
Find out the names and contact details for local businesses in your area, and then whenever there are new specials, cocktails or promotions, you can let everyone know about it.
Branding
Your customers should be left in no doubt what the name of your establishment is, so put it on the menu, specials boards and staff uniforms. When customers are presented with the bill, leave business cards with all contact details listed.
External Advertising
A well-kept, attractive exterior will help to convince potential customers that the same attention to detail will be applied to the food and service. Pay particular attention to menu boxes, plants, tables, clean windows and the removal of any litter from the pavement outside.
